Bookings

A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation text or email.

Fixed fares include tolls. Metered and estimated fares can change with the route and waiting time.

Free up to one hour before pickup. Later cancellations cost 50% of the fare; if the driver has arrived, the full fare applies.

We’ll do our best to return lost items, but we can’t accept responsibility for them.
